You can dine in now!! Awesome! I got lunch special with fried rice and chow mein w/ kung pao chicken. Pretty good. No complaints, lots of chicken. Had the pot stickers which are always good.

I would recommend the food to all! Uncle Chongs is great food with super fast service. It is take out only at this time.
Enjoy food and value. It doesn't matter that only takeout is available. It is obvious that the financial improvement helps keep the restaurant operational.
Not sure if this place just reopened recently? They are doing takeout orders only. Kung Pao was ok. How do I say this without sounding like a jerk?.. Chinese food is better than Americanized Chinese food. I blame all you locals. You go over to Chico, there's a couple of authentic Thai places, a couple authentic Vietnamese places, some passable sushi and ramen spots, and like 10 Americanized Chinese places with no authentic Chinese places ANYWHERE locally.
So I heard about this place and how the owner came from San Fran. So, I went ready to judge and fail their food. We order 3 dishes and all 3 were excellent. This place deserves its good reputation for great good. I am a believer
Wow. Mongolian beef was tender and tasty. Came with chow mein and sweet hot soup. Taking over half home for dinner. The place looks a little scary but its in an old fashioned soda fountain or diner. Will return next trip to orland
Though it seems a little pricey, you definitely get your moneys' worth here. Food always hits the spot whenever I crave Chinese, and the staff is always friendly.
